Friday evening, after work, I came home and noticed a pretty serious water main leak in our front yard. I called around to a few places with no one really available, I saw Knockout’s reviews and decided to try them. I got in contact with Dianna, she stopped what she was doing so she could take my information and find someone asap, let me know she is going to get in contact with the closest person to come out right away. Sure enough, not even an hour later, Dan shows up. By this point the sun has gone down but Dan doesn’t care, he’s totally on it. He is probably thee most knowledgeable person I have spoken too in regards to plumbing, he broke it all down and explained to us whats going on, what our options are. He also explained that they only use quality materials with 25 year warranties, and the quote I got? SUPER affordable. Best part? He could come the NEXT MORNING!! Dan also took the time to reexplain everything as much as I needed and was totally patient with us. He helped us shut off the water as our shut off wasn’t doing any good. It is hard to find good service these days, but my experience with Knockout was excellent. Dan is who came to rescue us and we are really impressed with him and this company. He is definitely a master of his craft, very honest and up front, and just a pleasure to deal with. I don’t normally get around to doing reviews and usually forget but I had to come on here and make sure I did due to our experience with them.We sprung a leak from our main 1” feed line coming up through the wall in the garage that crosses over the attic to our laundry room at the water softener loop, and made a pretty good mess. We were able to catch it after coming home from dinner around 12am before it became a disaster and ruined everything like our last leak we had. I shut off the supply to the house and the wife and I started looking at plumbing companies and reviews to put in an emergency call. We called 4, 24hr companies and Dan was the only one to call back at all, and within minutes.He was able to come out promptly and arrived at 5:30am to assess the situation, and perform the need repairs quickly. He would have been there at 2am but needed to track down 50’-60’ of 1” pex pipe. He gave me a very reasonable quote and did a fantastic job on the repairs. It was done within a few hours and was a pretty extensive repair. Had to run 50’ of pex through the attic to the laundry room. He cleaned up the areas really well when he was done and was on to the next rescue.Overall we are completely satisfied and will be using Dan and Knockout Plumbing for all of our future needs for sure. Very pleased.A+++ service.

We had a leak in our irrigation line (that we don’t use) and the source was coming off our hose line in our backyard. I called Tuesday afternoon and Cody was here by 8:30a the following morning. He was able to cap off the irrigation line and installed a new hose bib and it turned out even better than I thought because he capped off the line all the way to the ground getting rid of a lot of the ugly pipping. Last summer (2020) I was faced with one of the biggest challenges of my life. Since I live in New York City, am a senior, and we were (still are) in the midst of a plague that prohibited travel, completing the project with any chance of success in preparing the property for a profitable sale seemed almost impossible. To make a very long story short, my experience with suppliers and service providers was mixed, from con artists who tried to rip me off and those who succeeded to the incompetent, and from the simply adequate to the extraordinary -- which is where Knockout Plumbing comes in. Thankfully, the Knockout Plumbing team, headed by David "Dan" Harper, were there from the start of the repair process, which began with fixing some leaks. Turns out that Knockout Plumbing repiped the entire home (eliminating copper), put in a new water heater, installed new toilets, bathtub/shower combo and findings, and worked with a separate supplier who created a walk-in shower in the master suite. Dan received and installed new vanities/sinks I sent from Wayfair, and he purchased and installed a kitchen sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. In addition, Dan and his crew went over and above the stellar plumbing work, often just checking in on other work being done around the house, keeping me posted on non-plumbing progress. He referred other knowledgeable, dedicated specialists to me and always took the extra step; and when we encountered an unexpected problem, he always found a solution. I could go on forever, but simply put, here's my Report Card: Quality of work: A+; Work ethic A+; Customer service/customer care A+; Trustworthiness: A+; Pricing: A+; Attention to detail: A+; and Responsiveness/Availability: A+. P.S. The house sold first day on the market, well above what was expected at the beginning of the process. I would not have survived this, let alone have achieved such profitable results, without Knockout Plumbing!

Dan was awesome I called him, as I accidentally broke a pipe , he was at my house in less then 15 minutes he went above and beyond to fix a pipe that is no longer up to code I definitely recommend him ! I will be using him as my local plumber from now on. Very pleased with the professionalism.

Great service, called for leak same day showed up and found leak needed restoration company sent over a company recommended by them all done with one phone call to Knockout plumbing!! Thank you for the great service! I do property management as well and had a property with an alley that people tend to dump trash Dan and Joey w/knockout volunteered to bring their trailer and pick up all the trash to help out! Not only do they repair plumbing issues but also help out our community to look better!! Thanks again Knockout!!!
