Friday evening, after work, I came home and noticed a pretty serious water main leak in our front yard. I called around to a few places with no one really available, I saw Knockout’s reviews and decided to try them. I got in contact with Dianna, she stopped what she was doing so she could take my information and find someone asap, let me know she is going to get in contact with the closest person to come out right away. Sure enough, not even an hour later, Dan shows up. By this point the sun has gone down but Dan doesn’t care, he’s totally on it. He is probably thee most knowledgeable person I have spoken too in regards to plumbing, he broke it all down and explained to us whats going on, what our options are. He also explained that they only use quality materials with 25 year warranties, and the quote I got? SUPER affordable. Best part? He could come the NEXT MORNING!! Dan also took the time to reexplain everything as much as I needed and was totally patient with us. He helped us shut off the water as our shut off wasn’t doing any good. He really cared about making sure we weren’t going our weekend without water. Dan and his team are so personable, knowledgeable and prompt. He was right on time the next morning, ready to go. Joey was also there helping get the job done, he also took the time to explain things to me when I had questions. It is hard to find good service these days, but my experience with Knockout was excellent. Dan is who came to rescue us and we are really impressed with him and this company. He is definitely a master of his craft, very honest and up front, and just a pleasure to deal with. I don’t normally get around to doing reviews and usually forget but I had to come on here and make sure I did due to our experience with them.We sprung a leak from our main 1” feed line coming up through the wall in the garage that crosses over the attic to our laundry room at the water softener loop, and made a pretty good mess. We were able to catch it after coming home from dinner around 12am before it became a disaster and ruined everything like our last leak we had. I shut off the supply to the house and the wife and I started looking at plumbing companies and reviews to put in an emergency call. We called 4, 24hr companies and Dan was the only one to call back at all, and within minutes.He was able to come out promptly and arrived at 5:30am to assess the situation, and perform the need repairs quickly. He would have been there at 2am but needed to track down 50’-60’ of 1” pex pipe. He gave me a very reasonable quote and did a fantastic job on the repairs. It was done within a few hours and was a pretty extensive repair. Had to run 50’ of pex through the attic to the laundry room. He cleaned up the areas really well when he was done and was on to the next rescue.Overall we are completely satisfied and will be using Dan and Knockout Plumbing for all of our future needs for sure. Very pleased.A+++ service.

We had a leak in our irrigation line (that we don’t use) and the source was coming off our hose line in our backyard. I called Tuesday afternoon and Cody was here by 8:30a the following morning. He was able to cap off the irrigation line and installed a new hose bib and it turned out even better than I thought because he capped off the line all the way to the ground getting rid of a lot of the ugly pipping. Dan and Diana from Knockout Plumbing are AMAZING! Dan had to come out to fix a blockage that was caused by the builder leaving a piece of broken pipe in the main sewage line in my house. They are professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Definitely goes above and beyond even called me over the holiday weekend when he was out of town to come and fix my issue when water started backing up in the showers and sinks. They are a family and community oriented business and they have earned my business for life! Sorry Dan and Diana you are stuck with me! I’ve been told by SO MANY plumbing companies that fixing my toilet will cost a FORTUNE something I can’t afford to fix with the prices they were telling me. I spent MONTHS trying to get this problem fixed and I eventually lost all hope and a lot of money just for my toilet to still not work.However, I decided to give it a try one last time. I found Knockout Plumbing online and gave them a call. Joey Leduc came by that same day! To come check out the toilet that has been causing me so much stress and to my complete shock Joey fixed my toilet with the snap of his fingers! He made it look sooo EASY! Knockout Plumbing replaced the kitchen sink, pipes and service lines in my 100 year old home. The cabinet opening had to be recut and squared. Dan was patient and efficient. The job was done perfectly and he hauled away the old sink, pipes and service lines and even the boxes from the new sink and faucet. The price was fair and workmanship top notch! Highly recommended.

We had an outside faucet that had baked in the sun for years. It had seized up, and we couldn't even remove the hose. Dan came out, gave us a resonable price and was willing to fix the issue right away. It was 106 out there and he had to cut pipe, rethread, attach a new extension and faucet (sorry, layman's terms). Anyway, it's better than the original, totally happy with his work.

Awesome service! Among the very few companies that service areas out in the desert and on top of it, they do an amazing super professional job. Called for a clogged drain and they showed up on time, were professional and friendly. Dan explained what was wrong and that my drain required more work and quoted me a very reasonable price. Extremely happy and satisfied with the service and professionalism. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to everyone!
